Because of the design of the DEANS Ultra T1 plug, it has more surface area for your electronic connection. This results in the electrical resistance at the connection being significantly reduced when compared to the stock Mini Tamiya plug that comes standard on most AEG’s This means more efficient use of your batteries and motor! The design of the Deans T1 plug also allows for for a nice tight fit for the connection. This results in absolutely ZERO arcing of the electrical current at the connection! Arcing can and does happen in loose fitting Tamiya connectors. Arcing is a sign of connector failure and usually results in the plug heating up so much that it melts inside your airsoft gun! Sometimes leading to shorting a battery or causing a catastrophic failure such as a full on battery explosion!
